Working as a team, we created and developed resources from our observations and constant monitoring. After the production of the resources, all of us were also involved in the production and distribution of various resources to local elderly care organizations. Each of us were delegated a role to ensure maximum efficiency in the development and production of our resources.  We met consistently to evaluate our progress and brainstorm for more effective designs.
