I personally was quite appalled. There was an old lady, I remembered from Founders’ Day CIP, that spoke in Cantonese. It translated into the fact that she wanted to die. She kept saying that she wanted to die, she wanted to die. We really did not know what to do, but even so, we would still have to make an attempt to cheer her up! This taught me that we ought to better learn how to communicate with the elderly, this is the most important. Labels: Reflection
